Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health education campaigns targeting diverse populations across Fort Worth
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data to identify emerging health trends
- Collaborate with community organizations to develop outreach programs for underserved areas
- Prepare comprehensive reports on health outcomes and program effectiveness for county leadership
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations
- Provide expert consultation to county departments on health policy implementation
- Lead crisis response efforts for public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation preferred
- Experience developing community health initiatives in diverse urban settings
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
