Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted public health campaigns addressing chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Conduct community needs assessments and data analysis to inform evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations on health initiatives
- Manage grant-funded programs and ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations
- Provide health education workshops and trainings to diverse populations
- Monitor health trends and prepare comprehensive impact reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with community outreach and stakeholder engagement in urban settings
- Knowledge of CDC guidelines and Pennsylvania public health regulations
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
