Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification

- Demonstrated experience developing community health partnerships
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
