Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Coordinate cross-agency responses to health emergencies (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters)
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and resource allocation needs
- Lead community outreach initiatives and stakeholder partnerships
- Ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations (HIPAA, CDC guidelines)
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years government/public health experience with community-based programs
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Tableau)
- Valid California Public Health Certification
- Strong knowledge of CA/Federal health regulations
- Experience managing interagency collaborations
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
