Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting communicable disease prevention
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify community health trends and risks
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Create culturally competent health education materials and campaigns
- Prepare and present public health reports to county officials
- Ensure compliance with federal and state public health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficient in epidemiological data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience developing community health partnerships
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
