Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for health crises and disease outbreaks
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Leverage community partnerships to expand health access and education
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead public health awareness campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve service coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Valid Texas Public Health Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Experience with emergency preparedness protocols and FEMA compliance
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
