Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and resource allocation needs
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives with healthcare providers and local organizations
- Develop educational materials and deliver public health presentations to diverse audiences
- Monitor program effectiveness through KPI tracking and prepare impact reports
- Collaborate with state health department officials on policy recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation or community health
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong grant writing and budget management experience
- Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
