Qualifications

- Valid Texas Department of State Health Services certification
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS, R, or SAS for data analysis
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish required
- Experience with emergency response protocols (NIMS/ICS certified)
- Proven ability to manage federal grant-funded projects
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
