Responsibilities
- Coordinate public health outreach programs in El Paso County
- Collect, analyze, and report epidemiological data
- Develop educational materials for diverse populations
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Monitor compliance with state health regulations
- Respond to public health inquiries and emergencies
- Assist in grant writing and program implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- 2+ years of public health or community outreach experience
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
- Experience with public health reporting systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Knowledge of local El Paso health landscape preferred
