Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy recommendations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to improve access to services
- Lead health education campaigns on topics like immunization, nutrition, and chronic disease prevention
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS, R, or SAS
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders
- Valid California driver's license
- COVID-19 vaccination required
