Responsibilities
- Lead COVID-19 testing and vaccination outreach in underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform public health interventions
- Develop health education materials for diverse populations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with public health guidelines
- Conduct field investigations for disease outbreaks and report findings
- Collaborate with community organizations to address health disparities
- Prepare and submit required reports to federal/state agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with emergency response protocols
- Bilingual English/Spanish required (due to LA County demographics)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for field assignments
