Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency health response initiatives across El Paso County
- Develop and implement community health education programs
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and outbreak investigations
- Manage vaccine distribution and public awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local health agencies
- Analyze health data to inform policy recommendations
- Lead community health screenings and vaccination events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (required)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible
- Experience with emergency response protocols
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
