Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health interventions for high-risk communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Coordinate cross-agency responses to public health emergencies
- Manage community outreach programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Prepare detailed reports for city officials and funding partners
- Supervise field staff and program volunteers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in government or nonprofit public health roles
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated crisis management experience
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin
