Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of Maryland public health regulations and policies
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse community stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
