Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health outreach programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and analyze health data trends
- Coordinate emergency preparedness response protocols for public health crises

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Texas Public Health certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, Epi Info)
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (required)
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
