Responsibilities
- Lead multi-agency emergency response coordination during public health crises

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Proven crisis communication experience with diverse populations
- Advanced data analysis and epidemiological modeling skills
- Experience with Incident Command System (ICS) operations
- Valid Washington State driver's license
