Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health interventions for diverse populations
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and disease outbreak investigations
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses and public health crisis management
- Design and deliver community health education programs and outreach initiatives
- Analyze health data trends and prepare actionable reports for policy development
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
- Lead health equity initiatives to address disparities in underserved communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Bachelor's with 5+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program implementation experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in epidemiological software and data analysis tools
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with emergency preparedness protocols and crisis communication
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and bilingual (Spanish) preferred
