Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend public health outreach and education initiatives across NYC boroughs
- Administer immunizations and health screenings during weekend community events
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on weekend emergency response protocols
- Analyze public health data and prepare weekend shift reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with community partners on weekend health promotion activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years public health or clinical experience
- Valid New York State health professional license (e.g., RN, EMT)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Experience with electronic health records (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)
- Certification in CPR and basic life support
