Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative impacts and draft evidence-based policy recommendations
- Conduct comprehensive research on urban development and community welfare programs
- Prepare detailed reports for City Council and stakeholder presentations
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects for sustainable city planning initiatives
- Monitor federal and state regulations affecting municipal operations
- Develop data-driven solutions for housing, transportation, and public services
- Maintain compliance with government transparency and accountability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background clearance
- Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams
