Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative policies and recommend evidence-based solutions for state programs
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders

- Monitor compliance with state regulations and federal guidelines
- Conduct research on emerging public policy trends and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Texas state government processes preferred
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Proven project management experience
