Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts on public health initiatives
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with community organizations and legislators
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for state oversight committees
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess implications for California programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Deep understanding of California legislative processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and public hearings
- Certified Public Health Professional (CPH) certification strongly preferred
