Responsibilities
- Manage emergency communications via 911 systems, dispatching police, fire, and EMS resources
- Operate CAD/RMS software and radio communication protocols
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and compliance records
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support to callers
- Train on emergency protocols and new technologies
- Collaborate with regional emergency management agencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years emergency communications or public safety experience
- National Emergency Number Association (NENA) certification
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
