Responsibilities
- Manage emergency calls for police, fire, and medical services with precision
- Dispatch appropriate emergency units using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain detailed incident documentation and radio communications
- Provide critical pre-arrival instructions to callers
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during large-scale incidents
- Operate emergency equipment per protocol standards
- Participate in continuous training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Ability to pass extensive background check and psychological evaluation
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- National Emergency Number Association (NENA) certification within 12 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and emergency software systems
- Ability to multitask in high-stress environments
