Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and provide critical incident management
- Patrol assigned zones to prevent crime and ensure public safety
- Enforce local ordinances and state regulations with professionalism
- Document incidents through detailed reports and digital evidence
- Collaborate with cross-agency task forces for coordinated responses
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs
- Maintain equipment readiness and operational protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Must pass background check, physical fitness assessment, and drug screening
- Minimum 21 years of age at time of hire
- Certified CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in law enforcement, military, or security field preferred
