Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance to citizens

Qualifications

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of public safety or military experience
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in digital reporting systems and surveillance equipment
