Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to public safety incidents via remote communication systems
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Conduct virtual safety assessments and community outreach programs

Qualifications
- Texas Peace Officer License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Minimum 3 years public safety or law enforcement experience
- Proficient in remote communication technologies (Zoom, Teams, radio systems)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Crisis Intervention (CIT) certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
