Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas during weekend shifts to ensure public safety and crime prevention
- Respond to emergency calls, accidents, and incidents with professionalism and urgency
- Enforce city ordinances and state laws while maintaining community relations
- Document incidents and submit detailed reports using digital systems
- Collaborate with weekend shift teams and other city departments
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) certification
- Minimum 2 years of public safety or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass physical fitness and background checks
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
