Responsibilities
- Manage emergency call routing and dispatch coordination during weekend shifts
- Process incident reports and maintain accurate digital records in state systems
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS teams during weekend operations
- Conduct weekend facility security checks and access control management
- Provide public assistance and information during weekend community events
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to weekend security alerts
- Assist with weekend public safety training exercises and drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred
- Texas Class C driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Valid Texas Notary Public certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly desirable
