Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to citizen inquiries and service requests during weekend hours
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for non-critical incidents
- Conduct routine facility inspections and security checks
- Document operational activities and prepare shift reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services agencies
- Facilitate community outreach events and public safety education
- Operate specialized communication systems and safety equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in public service or customer service
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency in emergency communication systems
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and drug screening
