Responsibilities
- Constituent Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the public, answering inquiries regarding permits, licenses, and departmental services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry and document management, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with government regulations.
- Administrative Assistance: Schedule appointments, process incoming mail, and prepare correspondence using standard office software.

Qualifications
