Responsibilities
- Coordinate community outreach programs and public engagement initiatives
- Analyze service delivery data and recommend operational improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and stakeholders
- Manage administrative workflows including documentation and reporting
- Support grant applications and compliance documentation
- Represent the city at public meetings and community events
- Monitor policy implementation and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public sector or nonprofit experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with community engagement methodologies
- Valid California driver's license
- Knowledge of local government regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
