Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of Minneapolis city structure and services a plus
- Valid Minnesota driver's license if travel required
