Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to enhance civic engagement
- Analyze public policy data and prepare actionable reports for decision-makers
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects to improve municipal service delivery
- Manage constituent communications and resolve public inquiries efficiently
- Support grant applications and compliance monitoring for federal/state programs
- Conduct research on urban development trends and best practices
- Collaborate with elected officials on strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or non-profit sector
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Experience with grant management and compliance reporting
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required for federal compliance
