Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community outreach programs for underserved neighborhoods
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects with Parks & Recreation, Transportation, and Housing departments
- Analyze municipal service delivery data and recommend process improvements
- Manage grant applications and reporting for federal/state funding initiatives
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for city council presentations
- Ensure all operations comply with Florida Sunshine Law requirements
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with local businesses and community organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in municipal government or non-profit administration
- Proficiency in municipal budgeting and grant management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Public Administration (CPM) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evening meetings
