- Prepare comprehensive reports for city council and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in municipal government or public sector
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with public speaking experience
- Knowledge of Nebraska municipal regulations and federal compliance requirements
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and ability to travel to city facilities
