- Respond to citizen inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with permit processing and regulatory compliance tasks
- Analyze data to identify service improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review
- Support community outreach events and public meetings
- Manage records systems ensuring compliance with retention policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in public administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with government processes or public sector work preferred
