Responsibilities
- Oversee infrastructure projects including road repairs, drainage systems, and public facility maintenance
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and city officials for project execution
- Develop and implement public works policies aligned with Miami's sustainability goals
- Respond to public inquiries regarding infrastructure projects and service disruptions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure management
- Valid Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Demonstrated experience with government procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills for budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
