Responsibilities
- Supervise infrastructure maintenance projects across Omaha's 13 districts
- Manage departmental budget allocation and resource allocation
- Coordinate with state/federal agencies for grant compliance and reporting
- Develop public safety protocols for construction zones
- Lead cross-functional teams for emergency response initiatives
- Analyze infrastructure data to optimize maintenance schedules
- Prepare quarterly reports for City Council review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of government/public sector experience
- Valid Nebraska Class C Driver's License
- Proficiency in SAP and GIS systems
- Familiarity with NEBRS reporting standards
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with OMB A-133 audits
- Strong knowledge of Nebraska Public Records statutes
