Responsibilities
- Oversee infrastructure maintenance projects across 150+ city facilities
- Manage $2M annual budget for public works operations
- Coordinate with federal/state agencies for grant compliance
- Lead cross-departmental emergency response initiatives
- Analyze municipal infrastructure data for strategic planning
- Supervise 15+ technical and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of government/public sector experience
- Valid Nebraska Class C Driver's License
- Proficiency in GIS and infrastructure management software
- Federal grant management certification preferred
- Experience with public procurement processes
- Strong FEMA/NIMS incident command training
