Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage municipal infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with local and state safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and budget proposals for departmental operations.
- Collaborate with city officials and external contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Manage a team of technicians and administrative staff to ensure project milestones are met.
- Enforce city ordinances and code compliance standards during site visits.
- Respond to emergency service calls and coordinate resource allocation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government or public sector operations.
- Valid Class C Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government management software.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal government regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
