Responsibilities
- Manage municipal infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Develop and implement public works policies aligned with state/federal guidelines

- Conduct regulatory compliance audits and reporting
- Lead emergency response coordination during natural disasters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of municipal government experience
- Valid Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong knowledge of federal/state infrastructure regulations
- Proven project management with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with GIS systems and public works software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
