Responsibilities
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance projects across 12 Omaha districts
- Manage $2M+ annual budgets for public works initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NE state and federal safety standards
- Liaise with federal grant agencies for infrastructure funding
- Supervise 15+ field technicians and administrative staff
- Develop quarterly progress reports for city council review
- Implement sustainability initiatives across municipal operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Civil Engineering
- 3+ years municipal project coordination experience
- Federal grant management certification (preferred)
- NE Class A Wastewater Operator license or ability to obtain
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and GIS mapping
- Demonstrated crisis management during natural disasters
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
