- Maintain accurate project documentation and permits
- Participate in emergency response for infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years construction inspection or related experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of local building codes
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
