Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with city codes and blueprints

- Investigate citizen complaints related to construction activities
- Maintain accurate inspection records and databases

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction inspection or related field experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean record
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred
- Knowledge of International Building Codes (IBC) and Phoenix Municipal Codes
- Proficiency in inspection software (e.g., Cityworks, Accela)
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints and technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to weather and construction sites
