Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations using advanced statistical modeling and urban analytics
- Lead interagency task forces on smart city infrastructure deployment
- Design and implement community engagement frameworks for underserved neighborhoods
- Manage $2M+ federal/state grant portfolios with rigorous compliance tracking
- Conduct longitudinal impact studies on municipal programs using SPSS/R
- Present findings to City Council with executive-level visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts through policy innovation bootcamps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years government/public sector experience with budget authority
- Advanced proficiency in GIS mapping and predictive analytics tools
- Portfolio of successfully implemented municipal policy initiatives
- Federal grant management certification (preferred)
- Massachusetts security clearance eligibility
- Proven crisis communication skills during policy rollouts
- Expertise in ADA/Title VI compliance frameworks
