Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects for code compliance

- Assist with emergency infrastructure assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years construction inspection experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with CAD software and GIS systems
