Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction inspection or municipal infrastructure experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- ICBO/ICC certifications in building inspection preferred
- Proficiency with CAD software and inspection databases
- Strong knowledge of California Building Codes and municipal regulations
- Ability to work in diverse outdoor environments and inclement weather
