Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including street repairs, park maintenance, and storm drain cleaning
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, hand tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist with emergency storm response and snow removal operations
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure and report hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community improvement projects
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
