Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and landscape installation
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, pressure washers) safely
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk maintenance, and drainage system upkeep
- Prepare work sites, transport materials, and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain detailed project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, dust)
- Experience with concrete work, asphalt repair, or landscaping preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
