Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and equipment operation
- Conduct infrastructure inspections and maintenance reports from remote locations
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, graders) and hand tools safely
- Coordinate with remote team members via digital platforms for project updates
- Install and repair public utilities (water, sewer, storm drains)
- Maintain accurate digital records of field activities and material usage
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year construction/maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, reporting software)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
